We are providing you with these terms and conditions (“Terms”) containing information on general use of the Linai.AI service (“Linai.AI” or the “Service”), which you might need or be curious about while using the Service. Through these Terms, you can find information on your rights, responsibilities, and other information relating to Linai Ai Corporation (“we” or “Company”) and you (“you” or “Members”). These Terms are posted on the Service so that it can be easily accessible at any time. Company will do its best to continuously provide you with a reliable service, and we hope that the following information will help make the Service more accessible for you.
The capitalized terms used in these Terms have the meaning below:
“Service” refers to LInai.AI and Linai.AI-related services that can be used across devices (including PC, TV, mobile devices, and other wired or wireless devices).
“you” or “Members” refers to customers who are accessing and using the Service and entering into a service usage agreement in accordance with these Terms.
“Content” refers to any writing, photos, videos, files, and links that you post on the Service in the form of symbols, letters, voice notes, sounds, faces, images, or videos.
1. Our Services
Linai Ai offers a self-help program based on communication with your personal chatbot through a text and voice interface.
2. Requirements for Use
You must be 17 years of age or older to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Linai Ai may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer the App to any person or entity and may change its eligibility criteria at any time.
3. Subscription with Terms
Linai Services offer subscription plans (“Subscriptions”) to provide users with access to features and content. Subscription fees are charged at the time of purchase and are non-refundable. Subscription fees may vary for different regions. Please confirm the price before purchasing. Linai reserves the right to modify the subscription price.
3.1 Subscription Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. You can manage your subscription through the Linai Subscription page.
3.2 Cancel auto-renewal subscription
Auto-renewal users can cancel their subscription as follows: Open Linai app-->My page-->Click "Cancel subscription"-->Go to the corresponding store and click "Turn off auto-renewal service"
4. Refund Instructions
First, we do not provide refunds for subscriptions, because subscriptions immediately gain access to features or content. However, in special circumstances, if a subscription is purchased by mistake (for example, the purchase is successful, but the subscription features or content are invalid), please contact our support team immediately and we will review your request and determine whether a refund is appropriate.
5. User Data and Privacy
Linai Ai collects app activity, and anonymous messages to improve the product. By using this app, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States. The prevailing party in any arbitration shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
7. Changes to These Terms
Linai Ai may update or modify these Terms at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
