This privacy policy “Privacy Policy” contains important information regarding Linai (“Linai,” “us,” “our,” or “we”), and how and why we collect, store, use, and share your personal information.  It also explains your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us or supervisory authorities in the event you have a complaint.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using Linai’s Linai mobile application and related services, the Persona.AI website, and all publicly available websites and subdomains provided by us on which a link to this Privacy Policy is displayed (collectively or individually referred to as the “Application”).  By using the Application, you consent to the collection, transfer, process, storage, disclosure, and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, then please do not use the Application.

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time.  Your continued use of the Application after we revise this Privacy Policy means you accept those changes, so please check the Privacy Policy periodically for updates.

 

1. Information We Collect

1.1. Information you provide

Through your use of the Services, you may provide us with the following information:

· Account information. This includes your name, email address, and  details about you, including your name, email address, or unique user identifiers.

· Profile information. We ask you to provide your birth date, pronouns, and work status when you register for the Apps.

· Messages and content. This includes the messages you send and receive through the Apps, such as facts you may provide about you or your life, and any photos, videos, and voice and text messages you provide.

· Interests and preferences. You may select conversation preferences, such as topics you would like to discuss, and communication preferences, such as the times of day you like to use the Apps. We also learn about your interests and your preferences over time through your use of the Services to personalize your conversations and the features of the Services.

· Payments, transactions, and rewards. When you make purchases through the Services, our third-party payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment information. We maintain a record of your purchases, the features you select, and the rewards you earn and use.

1.2. Information we collect automatically

We automatically log the following information about you, your computer or mobile device, your network, and your interactions over time with our Services and our communications:

· Device and network data. This includes your computer’s or mobile device’s operating system, manufacturer and model, browser, IP address, device and cookie identifiers, language settings, mobile device carrier, and general location information such as city, state, or geographic area.

· Usage data. This includes information about how you use the Services, such as your interactions with the Services, the links and buttons you click, and page visits.

Our advertising partners may also use such technologies to collect limited information about your device and interactions with the Services, such as the links you click, pages you visit, IP address, advertising ID, and browser type, but they will never have access to your conversations with your Linai Ai or any photos or other content you submit through the Apps.

In addition to some of the specific uses of information we describe in this Privacy Policy, we may use information that we receive and the choices you make in your settings:

· To provide the functionality of the Application;

· To help us develop, deliver, test and improve the Application;

· To monitor metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns;

· To provide personalized content and information to you and others, which could include sending you promotional messages, marketing, advertising and other information that may be of interest to you;

· To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.

· To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations;

3.How we share your information

We use third-party services for analytics and payment processing. These services may collect, process, or share user data on our behalf:

Analytics services: We use third-party analytics services to collect anonymized usage information to help us improve the App. Personal user data is never shared with these services.

 

 

 

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for a maximum of 6 months after inactivity. Upon your request, we will delete your data from our systems. To request data deletion, please contact us in app

5. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously. We use 256-bit RSA encryption to protect your information and never share or sell your data to third parties.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information from our systems.
